Every once in a while we photograph a wedding whose Bride and Groom have to overcome adversity. Joann and Daniel have had many life lessons but on Feb 6th, 2010 “Mother Nature”gave them a reality check: “The Blizzard of 2010.”

This great couple has had enough life lessons to know what is truly important, and celebrating their love, with their family all around them was all they needed. So yes, there were major set backs like a tree falling through a spectacular tent that Gala Events had set up beautifully. Yes many guests could not attend because of the sever weather, but Joann and Daniel were going to get married and nothing was going to prevent it.

Thanks to Occasions Catering for making sure everyone ate great food. Glad we were able to share this memorable experience with Blue Sky Films. Special thanks to my photographic team Susan Pleiman and Shmulick Almany who knew shooting this event was not a one day event but created some gorgeous shots.
